The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

Robin took both her academic and extracurricular Penn State experience, added a law degree and has spent most of her career addressing issues challenging contemporary law practice. Her consulting firm, Robin Rolfe Resources, Inc. (RRR), provides custom services to law firms, law departments and legal organizations on achieving high performance by strategic planning, practice management, business development, organizational dynamics and professional development. RRR's clients include a wide range of law-based entities and are located throughout the world. Robin is also a frequent speaker on topics, such as law firm leadership, business development and IP on the org chart. Prior to establishing Robin Rolfe Resources, Robin was the executive director of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the largest association of brand owners, where she worked with thousands of in-house trademark lawyers and law firms. Before focusing her career in organization management, Robin practiced law with both a Fortune 500 corporation and a law firm. Robin fondly remembers Penn State not only for the classroom education but also the opportunities for personal growth, including as president of Panhel and numerous ex-officio positions. She received an Outstanding Senior Award and was elected to Mortar Board Honor Society for her scholarship and leadership. Robin is a resident of Cliffside Park, NJ, which is just across the Hudson River from NYC. She is married to Arnold Saltzman, who grew up not far from State College and thought Penn State was too close to home.
